Delete Account

How to permanently delete your Mynanny account and data.

Before you delete

Account deletion is permanent. You will lose access to booking history, messages, and saved profiles.

Complete any active bookings or disputes before requesting deletion. Outstanding payments must be settled.

How to delete your account

  • Open the Mynanny app and go to Settings → Account
  • Tap "Delete my account" and confirm your identity
  • You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours
  • Your account and data will be permanently deleted after 30 days

What happens to your data

Personal information is removed from active systems after the 30-day grace period.

We may retain anonymized transaction records as required by law or for fraud prevention.
